This is achieved through the use of high-quality ingredients and a unique roasting process developed by our founder, Mike Brown, in 2012.

We use a blend of arabica and robusta beans that are carefully roasted to deliver a bold, yet smooth cup with an extra boost of caffeine. We typically recommend using 2.5 tablespoons of coffee for each 6 ounces of water, but feel free to adjust based on your preferred brewing method. When brewing a full pot, we suggest a 1:10 coffee-to-water ratio.

Our coffees are free of any nut or gluten allergens and are produced in facilities that have no possibility of cross-contamination with these allergens. We offer a range of roast profiles, including Dark Roast, Medium Roast, and Espresso Roast, each with its own unique tasting notes.

For our Naturally Flavored, Ground Coffee offerings, we have Vanilla, Chocolate Hazelnut, and Blue and Buried. The Vanilla variant features warm, rich vanilla rounded out by notes of smooth, yet bold coffee. The Chocolate Hazelnut blend combines toasted hazelnut and rich fudge with a smooth coffee profile. The Blue and Buried offering showcases homemade blueberry jam, luscious vanilla, and sweet Vietnamese cinnamon.
