This translates to more fresh roasted coffee for you and less burned coffee that goes to waste.

To further combat the loss of freshness that occurs after roasting, we immediately package, nitrogen flush, and seal each bag of coffee. Nitrogen is a naturally occurring, non-reactive, food-safe gas that is heavier than air. By flushing the bags with nitrogen, we force the flavor-stealing oxygen out before the bag is sealed tight, preserving the freshness and flavor of your coffee.
